Taekwondo is a physical activity that emphasizes the development of flexibility, stamina, strength, coordination and self-discipline.

Unlike joining an ordinary gym, you will learn practical self-defence techniques. Some practitioners also gain improved self-confidence.

For those so inclined there are regular tournaments in which you can test your skills against members from other clubs and styles.

Ours is a friendly club with the hope of running regular social events.

With the exception of very young children, people of any age and physical condition can join and work at their own pace to develop and improve their abilities.
